Half the name on the door is pie, so we obsess! Every crust is made by hand and rolled fresh, and every pie is baked in-house before the doors open — never frozen, never shipped in.
The lineup rotates with what is good: our famous banana cream piled high with fresh whipped cream, a deep-dish apple, a boozy bourbon pecan, tart sour cherry & pear, and seasonal favorites like blackberry cornmeal, toasted s'mores pie, key lime, sweet potato, or tarheel. There's always something to line up for!

Yes — every pie is made from scratch and baked fresh in our Brooklyn kitchens each morning.
Can I order a whole pie for a holiday or party?
Absolutely. Whole pies are available for pickup, and we open a dedicated Thanksgiving pre-order shop each season. For large orders, check our catering menu.
Which pies do you carry?
The rotating lineup includes banana cream, apple, bourbon pecan, sour cherry & pear and blackberry cornmeal, available whole or by the slice while they last.
