Flaky, buttery, honey-buttered
Our biscuits are mixed and cut fresh every morning, baked in small batches so the layers stay tall and the outside turns golden. Pull one apart and you can count the flaky sheets inside.
They come with our famous honey butter — the whipped, just-sweet-enough spread that regulars have been known to order by the tub. It is the single most Instagrammed thing we make.
Have one on its own, grab a half-dozen for the table, smother them in rosemary-fennel sausage gravy, or build a breakfast 'Banjo' with a fried egg and cheese. There is no wrong way to biscuit.
