It starts with the fried chicken that put us on the map: buttermilk-brined, hand-breaded and fried to order, crisp outside and juicy inside.
We set two pieces on a fresh waffle, then finish it with a pat of cinnamon butter and warm poached blueberries. Add hot sauce if you like a little heat with your sweet.
It is on the menu all day at both shops, so you don’t have to make it to brunch to get it.
